Welcome to Deadly Aesthetics. By accessing deadlyaesthetics.com (the "Site") or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Deadly Aesthetics sells apparel and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Products & Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Products are printed and fulfilled on demand by our third-party fulfillment partner. Colors and details may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings and the print process. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or correct pricing errors at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify's payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Shipping

Because items are made to order, production time is in addition to shipping time. Estimated delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Deadly Aesthetics is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because products are printed on demand, we can only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue and we will make it right. We cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection, so please check the size guide before ordering.

6. Brand Content Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

Deadly Aesthetics is a lifestyle apparel brand inspired by combat sports. Our product names, slogans, graphics, and marketing content are artistic expression and entertainment only. Nothing on this Site constitutes coaching, training, medical, or safety advice, and nothing on this Site encourages, endorses, or condones violence, unlawful activity, or unsafe behavior of any kind. Combat sports and martial arts are inherently dangerous activities. If you choose to train or compete, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk, under the supervision of qualified coaches and professionals, and you assume full responsibility for any injury or harm. Always consult a physician before beginning any training program.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including designs, graphics, logos, product names, text, and images — is the property of Deadly Aesthetics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use our designs or content without prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Use
